I feel that this kind of Rorschach inkblot symmetry gives implied imagery and life to what would otherwise be an abstract image. There are other similar images in my Angel series; go back to the semi-abstract gallery to see the others.
Tech notes: The original source file is a set of reflective spheres (I dig them, I can't help it). Beneath the sphere is a plane of water, and beneath the water is a plane with an "iceberg" texture. The eye-type shape is just a nuance of the combined reflections. After rendering the image I duplicated and flipped it to create symmetry.
